Property Searches and Details - The property search is gathering information on properties that interest you as a buyer.  Any listed property within an MLS area including standard listings, Bank owned, repos, HUD homes, Short sales and even FSBO^ (for sale by owner).  Then details given on information you want like schools, taxes, property history* and other information. 

Buying Price Analysis - Much like a CMA/BMA (competitive market analysis or broker market analysis) "Pricing analysis" is used for the buyers understanding of the market and price range of a home you are most interested in before making an offer on the home.  This should save you time and money.  Buying price analysis' are only given to buyer-clients that have an exclusive buyer agency contract with Travis Hiatt. 

^ - FSBO (for sale by owner) are often on numerous Web sites and spread around to various places, often some aren't listed on websites at all and only with the property owner.  Therefore FSBO properties are not searched for by Travis Hiatt BUT assistance will still be given in showing/viewing and making purchase offers for FSBO properties.  Contact Travis Hiatt for more details, as an Exclusive Buyers Agency Contract is required for this.

* - Property history can be given in many different ways and not all information is complete or 100% correct.  Please note that bank owned, government repos and properties being sold by next-of-kin will not have property disclosures in most cases.  All properties listed FSBO may not have a good or well presented sellers property disclosure at time of first viewing/showing. 

£ - Lead based paint disclosures are required by law for all properties built prior to 1978, regardless of seller
